Gigabyte slim Aero 14 notebook with an GTX 1060

The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 is finally coming to the Gigabyte Aero 14. Previously equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M, the Aero 14 is Gigabyte’s slim and light gaming notebook offering, in the same league as the refreshed 14-inch Razer Blade which comes equipped with the same GPU.
But other than the updated graphics card, the new Aero 14 is pretty much unchanged from its predecessor, with an Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor, support for up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD.
The display is also the same with a 2,560 x 1,440-pixel resolution. But that was quite a heavy burden on the older GeForce GTX 970M, the new Pascal GPU should prove far more capable of driving the display.Image Source: Gigabyte

The laptop weighs just 1.89kg and is only 19.9mm thick, making it one of the smaller and lighter gaming notebooks to offer a GeForce GTX 1060.
To round things off, you get access to three USB 3.0 ports and a USB 3.1 Type-C port for 10GB/s data transfers and device charging.
The Aero 14 costs US$1,699, but we’ll update if we have news of the local pricing.
