The Medion Akoya P5362 represents the top of the mid-range rack as it features an Intel Core i5-6400 processor (2.7 GHz and 3.3 GHz in TurboBoost), 8 GB RAM and especially a gaming graphics card, the Nvidia GTX 1070. This GPU will run all the latest games in high resolution thanks to the new Pascal architecture and the 8 GB of dedicated RAM.
